Australian Capital Territory

• Consumer Affairs Victoria administers the Victorian Fair Trading Act 1999. Forms and publications are available to assist businesses in giving the best deal in the marketplace.

Western Australia

• Consumer Protection administers the WA Fair Trading Act 1987.
