Innovation Training and Development Program
The project will deliver a comprehensive report to each participant with a series of recommendations designed to harness innovation and commercialisation within participant enterprises which will drive sales, increase commercial competitiveness and deliver ongoing sustainable competitive advantages. The program will be delivered over a 12-month period. Each participating business will be provided with:
- Two one-day workshops (10 participants per workshop);
- Three days of one-to-one in business analysis and mentoring by SED Consulting;
- Phone and email access to SED Consulting facilitators throughout the duration of the program; and
- A 24 hour interactive web interface with access to reference material and case studies.
