In October last year, a $15,649 grant from the State Government was announced for the resurfacing of the netball court at the Gordon Recreation Reserve.

Planning for the resurfacing of the Gordon netball court is underway. The project will provide the club with a new surface and sufficient runoff space to meet international standards.

The resurfacing of the Wallace netball court was funded by Council through its 2006/2007 budget. The resurfacing of the court is now complete with the Wallace Recreation Reserve Committee of Management and the Springbank Football Netball Club currently putting finishing touches on the new facility.
