Kennedy Place Industrial Estate Open for Business
Kennedy Place Industrial Estate in Bacchus Marsh is one of the largest infrastructure projects undertaken by the Moorabool Shire Council and is now open for business with civil construction works completed in November 2008.
The 16-lot Kennedy Place Industrial Estate is an extension of the already established Hillside Industrial Estate. It will provide additional opportunities for businesses and investors to establish themselves in the region and will help alleviate the need for serviced industrial land in Bacchus Marsh.
Regional Development Victoria has provided over $1 million in funding towards the project under the Regional Infrastructure Development Fund. “This is a significant investment in our community from which potential business and economic benefits will be diverse and ongoing” according to Mr Mark Roberts, Executive Officer, Economic Development.
The new estate offers opportunities for local businesses to expand their businesses and will attract new investment and employment opportunities from both within and outside the Shire.
To date interest in the estate has been promising with 4 lots already sold and another 2 under contract. To secure your lot in this new development contact Ian McDonald of Arbee Real Estate on phone 53672333
“Developments such as this demonstrates the ability of Moorabool to attract and secure large scale projects which have a cascading affect in benefits reaped by the Shire and underpin Moorabool as the ideal place to live, work and invest” says Mr Roberts.
