Bacchus Marsh community precinct
The Bacchus Marsh Community Precinct project represents an opportunity to reinvigorate Bacchus Marsh township and the wider Moorabool Shire. The Bacchus Marsh Community precinct is located on a strategically significant site at the entry to the Avenue of Honour on Bacchus Marsh Road and will become a primary gateway of overlapping community activities, council services and commercial activities which provide the opportunity for cross-selling community activities to a broader catchment.
The development of the Retail & Public Facility site includes the construction of a new Community Learning Centre and retail precinct, the Community Learning Centre is designed to encourage community participation in a range of activities targeting community development and education, economic growth and social wellbeing. The retail precinct aims to provide a broad range and quality of retail experiences that meet the needs of the Moorabool Community.
