Kennedy Place Industrial Estate in Bacchus Marsh is one of the largest infrastructure projects undertaken by the Moorabool Shire Council and is now open for business.

The 16-lot Kennedy Place Industrial Estate is an extension of Hillside Industrial Estate and provides additional opportunities for businesses and investors to establish themselves in the region.

Peter Forbes, Executive Officer, Economic Development at Moorabool shire said that Regional Development Victoria provided over $1 million in funding towards the project under the Regional Infrastructure Development Fund. “This is a significant investment in our community from which potential business and economic benefits will be diverse and ongoing”.

The new estate offers opportunities for local businesses to expand and will attract new investment and employment opportunities from within and outside the Shire. 

To date interest in the estate has been brisk with six lots already sold and another two under contract.
